These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LuMina LG Vid Maker (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You may need to create an account through Clerk to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
LuMina LG Vid Maker sells credits, not subscriptions. Each purchase buys a specific number of credits that you spend as you generate videos. Credits do not expire. All purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any music, images, or video clips you upload. We are not liable for copyright violations resulting from your uploads.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
